Taking Turns With The Whip
I haven’t troubled myself to transcribe and machine translate the French-language text from this unidentified comic. It would appear we’ve got ourselves a whipping scene where first she whips him, and then it’s his turn. Apparently turnabout is fair play:

Bacchus, it is thanks to you that I’ve begun to use Yandex for reverse image searching, and you may not remember, but it has an embedded OCR function! It does nothing with the top image (I think the text box may be too dark), but in the second image it picks most of the text, if it dislikes de font (the square “u” becomes an “l”), and it offers to translate it! (that last bit I just found now)
It would seem that our “Philip” tried to resist whipping the lady, but did not overcome the temptation. Is there some foul play involved? Very interesting!
I did not know about the Yandex OCR function but I recently discovered “Google lens” which has a similar mode of operation. The march of technology is amazing! But thanks to Cunningham’s law, and my own perfectionism, these tools can sometimes cause more trouble than they solve. A dubious machine translation is one thing, but a dubious machine translation of a partial text is less of a thing. So the workflow if I actually want to publish a translation becomes something like “get the OCR, hand transcribe any missing or broken words, then get the translation, and then if parts of it are obviously wrong, figure out which words are wrong, then do Google searches for better translations of those words, then integrate the whole thing into a passage that sounds like English, then wait for Cunningham’s Law to work its magic and trigger one or more people to tell me all about what I got wrong.” Which is to say, I have to feel like burning at least half an hour on each such project. Some days I have the time and the energy, other days one of those is missing. However, I always love it when commenters provide any degree of translation or summary of these texts without me posting an incorrect one first. So, thank you!
This is best I could do. Gives the gist at least.
poirtamt, il ne parvient ppas a’reagir c’est comme si line force surhumaine le tenait cloue au lit!
yet, he fails to react it is as if line force superhuman held him nailed to bed!
Philip tente de resister mais a peine tient- el le foliet qu’un desir violent nait en lui
Philip tries to resist but barely holds the madness that a violent desire is born in him
Thank you Brent!
I guess the most important is what the lady says in the bottom image: “Ah! That way… Yes.” Meaning “that’s the way I like it”.
Second panel is “… but he has scarcely taken hold of the whip [fouet] when a violent desire is born in him…”
As a native French speaker, allow me to contribute:
Pourtant, il ne parvient pas a réagir. C’est comme si une force surhumaine le tenait cloué au lit!
However, he fails to react. It’s like a superhuman force restrained him to the bed!
Je veux que tu rampes à mes pieds comme un esclave!
I want you to crawl at my feet like a slave!
Philip tente de résister mais à peine tient-il le fouet qu’un violent désir naît en lui.
Philip tries to resist but just as he holds the whip a violent desire is born in him.
Ah! Comme ça… oui!
Ah! Like that… yes!
Awesome, thanks so much.
