Woodcut Blowjob
I could be mistaken, but this looks like artwork from one of those old vintage woodcut illustrations that were printed up on Ex Libris bookplates for the very private lending libraries of wealthy and eccentric gentlemen:
Found on Usenet.

Having managed to crack any joke involving the word “woody,” I’ll just say that that’s a damn fine picture. Very pretty woman, even if she’s just a antique carving.
I don’t think it’s antique – the visual clues suggest nor earlier than the 1930s: the style of the furniture in the background, her lingerie and hairstyle
One of my aunts has a Taschen book entitled something like “Das Erotischen Exlibris”. The variety is incredible. I especially liked the cartoony one of two elephants humping face-to-face in a bathtub.
It is indeed an Ex Libris… This uncropped version shows the name “Lars C. Stolt”
According to this site it was published in 1973 by Czech artist Ladislav Rusek.
Nice find, Andy. Back in 2008 when I first published this, there was some combination going on of “reverse image tools like the modern ones didn’t exist or didn’t work so well” and “I didn’t know about them or didn’t know how to use them well.” Honestly my historical memory is not so fine grained that I can say now which of those factors was more important then. But I for sure didn’t have the combined tools and ability to follow up my hunches about provenance back then.
