Sexy Krampus
The first line of this vintage German Krampus card reads something like “The Krampus loves also sex appeal” but Google Translate makes an absolute hash of the second line. I trust that someone will volunteer a fuller translation in the comments? Danke sehr in advance!

“Doch brave Männer lässt dies kühl” means: “But good men aren’t moved by that”. “Kühl” means cool, and of course it (pretty much) rhymes with “appeal”.:D
… but well-behaved men (still) stay cool
The second line could be translated like this
– Decent men will not be aroused by that.
– This leaves good men unimpressed.
– Good men won’t be impressed by that.
It is not easy to translate because the chose “sex appeal” just to rhyme with “kühl” (meaning cool), not to make much sense.
Taking a free translation:
“The Krampus rather enjoys sex appeal –
yet virtuous men don’t get a kick out of this!”
The wording of the original German is rather forced. That does not only show in the bad rhyme “appeal-kühl”, but also in the use of “auch” (meaning “also, even”) as a filler word. The part “läßt dies kühl” literally means “is left cold by this”.
Yes, the rhyme is bad. But do you know these?
– Selbst der Zahn der Bisamratte ist weicher als die Morgenlatte.
– Licht aus! Licht aus! Papa holt den Dicken raus. Mama zieht sich nackend aus. Einmal rein, einmal raus, fertig ist der kleine Klaus!
– Coca-Cola vor dem Tanz hebt die Stimmung und den Schwanz.
Thanks for all the translation help!
@Oliver:
These are so bad that they are funny again ;-) And at least they have a good rythm and rhyme…
