The slinky topless babe could be a nightclub dancer anywhere in the 20th-century world, but according to the March 1962 issue of Fury magazine, this one with her two accompanying shirtless male burlesque performers was in the cosmopolitan city of Beirut:
Clearly the man who thought he was Lebanon’s first male stripper back in 2010 was insufficiently informed about his own country’s rich cultural history!

Not quite old enough to be there in the 60’s but I did some serious partying in Beirut in the 90’s. I absolutely loved Lebanon. Warm, kind people with a history of debauchery going back millennia. You can still visit the temple of Bacchus at Baalbek and the vineyard’s in the Bekka valley have vines still producing that were planted before the Romans came.
Unfortunately Lebanon suffers from geography, and is currently fucked.
