Honestly, dogs couldn’t care less about gender identity and pronouns, but they are very keen on good manners. Which chosen pronouns falls into.
Besides, don’t you have to know a dog’s gender before misgendering them? And doesn’t that mean you’re not paying attention to the sharp end?
